If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Item

  Place the handbag in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
